About the RolenWe are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic & Motion Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team.

n

nYou’ll work across social media creatives, advertisements, motion graphics, reels, video content, product communication, and AI-generated content .

n

nWe’re looking for someone with strong design fundamentals who is also excited about experimenting with modern AI creative tools to produce better content, faster.

n

Key Responsibilitiesn

nConcept to Execution

nDesign and deliver high-quality creatives including social media posts, ads, thumbnails, campaign creatives, and motion graphics — from concept to final output.

n

nGraphic Design

nCreate visually strong and engaging designs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW .

n

nVideo & Motion Design

nCreate reels, motion graphics, video edits, animations, and short-form content using Premiere Pro and After Effects .

n

nAI-Powered Content Creation

nExperiment with and use modern AI tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Lovable, or similar tools to enhance creativity and speed up content production.





n

nSocial Media Content

nCreate engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels , including reels, ads, thumbnails, and short-form videos.

n

nVisual Storytelling

nTurn ideas, scripts, products, and campaigns into engaging visual stories that capture attention.

n

nBrand Consistency

nEnsure every creative aligns with our brand identity and maintains solid visual quality across platforms.

n

nCollaboration

nWork closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual communication.

n

What We’re Looking Forn

n
- 2+ years of relevant design experience
n
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro & After Effects
n
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics
n
- Experience creating social media content, reels, advertisements & short-form videos
n
- Understanding of current social media trends and formats
n
- Ability to take an idea from concept → design → motion/video → final output
n
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI-powered creative workflows
n
- Good sense of storytelling and attention to detail
n

- Portfolio is MandatorynYour portfolio should ideally showcase:
