nJob Summary

n

nWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Tracking, and Business Integration Builder (BIB), and will lead functional teams across global implementations and support engagements.

nKey Responsibilities

nFunctional Leadership

nLead end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP SuccessFactors HXM.

nManage solution design workshops, requirement gathering, and business process mapping.

nProvide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants and junior team members.

nAct as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and project leadership.

nEmployee Central (EC)

nConfigure and support EC Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, Position Management, and Employee Data Models.

nDesign organizational structures, employee lifecycle processes, and security roles.

nSupport data migration and validation activities.

nEmployee Central Payroll (ECP)

nConfigure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.

nSupport payroll replication between EC and ECP.





nHandle payroll control center activities and payroll troubleshooting.

nWork closely with payroll operations teams during payroll cycles.

nTime Tracking & Time Management

nConfigure SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Sheet functionalities.

nDesign work schedules, holiday calendars, overtime rules, and attendance processes.

nSupport integrations with payroll and third-party time systems.

nEnsure compliance with country-specific labor and time regulations.

nBusiness Integration Builder (BIB)

nConfigure and support BIB integration scenarios.

nManage integration between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA systems.

nTroubleshoot data replication and synchronization issues.

nCoordinate with middleware teams using SAP CPI/Integration Suite.

nProject Delivery

nPrepare functional specifications and solution design documents.

nSupport SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and go-live activities.

nManage risks, issues, and change requests.

nEnsure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance.

nRequired Skills

nStrong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

nHands-on experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

nExperience implementing SuccessFactors Time Tracking/Time Management.

nStrong knowledge of Business Integration Builder (BIB).

nExperience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI.

nUnderstanding of HR business processes and payroll operations.

nExperience in global implementations and support projects.

nKnowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, MDF, and workflows.
