We are looking for an experienced Mold & Part Designer with strong knowledge of NX (Siemens NX) for plastic injection moulding applications.
Key Responsibilities 3D part design and development using NX Design and development of plastic injection moulds Prepare detailed 3D models and 2D drawings Apply DFM principles for injection moulding Coordinate with NPD, Tool Room and Production teams Modify and optimize mould/part designs based on trials and feedback Ensure designs meet product quality and manufacturing requirements Required Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in mould and part design Must have solid knowledge of Siemens NX Experience in 3D plastic part design Good knowledge of plastic injection mould design Understanding of mould components, parting line, core/cavity and DFM Experience in plastic manufacturing/injection moulding industry preferred
