Job : Monitoring Engineer in Mumbai (onsite)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office only)

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor API availability, latency, throughput, HTTP errors and transaction failures.
- Monitor JVM and application health, Kubernetes pod and service status, CPU, memory and resource utilisation.
- Use Dynatrace and available Prometheus, Grafana or cloud logging dashboards.
- Validate alerts, suppress false escalation through approved procedures and raise incidents for genuine issues.
- Perform basic triage and correlate API, application, platform and network signals.
- Create and maintain dashboards, alert thresholds, dependency views and monitoring inventories.
- Identify APIs and applications without adequate monitoring and coordinate implementation with responsible teams.




- Validate monitoring coverage after releases and configuration changes.
- Support P1 and P2 analysis with traces, metrics, logs and event timelines.
- Recommend threshold tuning and permanent action for noisy or recurring alerts.
- Document monitoring procedures and shift handover information.
