Role Summary Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle database objects, ETL processes, data validation rules, and integrations supporting the MyCompliance application and Argus Safety ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and database objects.
- Enhance ETL processes and data synchronization routines.
- Develop data quality checks and validation controls.
- Support reporting, dashboard, and analytics requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Optimize application and database performance.
- Support system validation and change management processes.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
- Expertise in SQL tuning, performance optimization, and query design.
- Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
- Robust understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Experience supporting production applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Argus Safety 8.4 data model and integrations.
- Exposure to pharmacovigilance or healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX 19 architecture.
- Understanding of audit trail and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience working in validated environments (GxP).
