- Understands the to-be system features and come out with the Product Backlog and features
- Gather requirements, Analyze and Create a detailed BRD
- Convert and document the business requirements into system requirements and create user journey, process flows, use cases / user stories
- Excellent communication skills and client facing skills to work independently.
- Shift schedule until 1PM EST (Mandatory)
