Mobilization Head – Residential Skilling Project

1. Mobilization Management

- Plan and manage student mobilization activities across assigned areas.
- Ensure timely achievement of enrollment and mobilization targets.

1. Team Management

- Supervise and guide Mobilizers and monitor their daily activities.
- Allocate areas, targets, and responsibilities to the mobilization team.

1. Student Enrollment & Retention

- Identify potential candidates and ensure quality student enrollment.
- Follow up with candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining rates.

1. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily mobilization and enrollment reports and share updates with management.
- Coordinate with Center Heads and other teams for smooth student joining.

Additional Responsibilities

- Support awareness drives, community outreach, counseling, and other project activities.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management according to project requirements and expertise.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
