Role Description

We are looking for a Mobile Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in mobile software engineering, Android and iOS development, Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, Flutter, React Native, mobile UI development, API integration, databases, cloud technologies, and modern application-development practices.

The Mobile Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mobile applications, user interfaces, API integrations, internal platforms, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Android Studio, Xcode, Flutter, React Native, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, REST APIs, databases, cloud services, testing tools, and modern mobile-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in mobile software engineering, Android development, iOS development, mobile application development, software engineering, software development, Flutter development, React Native development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Mobile Software Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Mobile Developer, Android Software Engineer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Flutter Developer, React Native Developer, Kotlin Developer, Swift Developer, Application Developer, Software Engineer,



Junior Mobile Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one mobile programming language or framework such as Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, Flutter, React Native, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, exception handling, debugging, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, emulators, simulators, device debugging, build tools, and mobile-development workflows will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Android SDK, iOS SDK, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, UIKit, XML layouts, Material Design, or similar mobile UI technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and mobile-backend integration.
- Familiarity with Retrofit, OkHttp, Ktor, URLSession, Alamofire, Dio, Axios, or similar networking technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Room, SQLite, Core Data, Firebase, Realm, DataStore, Hive, or similar local and cloud data-storage technologies will be advantageous.
- Understanding of architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, MVP, Clean Architecture, repository patterns, modular architecture, or similar application-design approaches will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, Swift Concurrency, Combine, RxJava, asynchronous programming, background processing, or concurrency will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, XCUITest, Mockito, Flutter Test, Jest, Detox, Appium, or similar mobile-testing technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to Firebase Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, Firestore, Remote Config, or similar mobile services will be advantageous.




- Familiarity with Google Play Console, Apple App Store Connect, application signing, APK/AAB, IPA, provisioning profiles, build variants, release management, or mobile-store publishing will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Firebase, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Fastlane, or similar cloud and deployment technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
- Understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, battery usage, network efficiency, caching, offline support, startup performance, and application responsiveness will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, secure storage, encryption, permissions, biometric authentication, API security, and mobile application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to push notifications, deep linking, maps, location services, camera integration, sensors, background tasks, payments, or other mobile-platform capabilities will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to both native and cross-platform mobile development will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, automation, internal business applications, or enterprise mobile applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, secure, maintainable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, Android project, iOS project, Flutter project, React Native project, Kotlin project, Swift project, mobile application project, API-integration project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full time mobile-development experience can also apply.
