- Handle display, battery, charging, software and other common mobile repair work.
- Provide doorstep repair service at customers’ locations when required.
- Handle devices carefully and maintain professional behavior with customers.
- Ensure quality repairs and proper testing before handing over the device.
- Maintain basic records of repair work and parts used.
Requirements
- Basic to valuable knowledge of mobile phone repairing.
- Experience in mobile repairing will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel for doorstep service.
- Honest, responsible and punctual.
