Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing on Android and iOS platforms.
- Validate mobile application features against business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and UX teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide early feedback on testability and quality risks.
- Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
- Perform mobile compatibility testing across different devices, screen sizes, OS versions, and network conditions.
- Conduct performance, accessibility, and security testing for mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Provide test reports, quality metrics, and release readiness assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile Application Testing (Android and iOS).
- Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in manual testing of native, hybrid,



and cross-platform mobile applications.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Experience in API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of test case design techniques and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Automation Testing Skills (Preferred)

- Experience with mobile automation tools such as:

- Appium

- Selenium

- Espresso (Android)

- XCUITest (iOS)
- Flutter Integration Testing (for Flutter applications)
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and test script development.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Performance & Security Testing (Preferred)

- Experience with:

- JMeter

- LoadRunner

- Firebase Performance Monitoring

- Understanding of

- Mobile application security testing

- OWASP Mobile Security Guidelines
- Authentication and authorization validation
- Data privacy and secure data storage testing

Device & Platform Testing Experience

- Testing across:
- Android smartphones and tablets
- iPhones and iPads
- Multiple OS versions and device configurations

- Experience using

- BrowserStack

- Sauce Labs

- Firebase Test Lab

- Real device testing environments
