RoleWe are looking for an experienced Application Development Consultant to take technical ownership of our mobile application.
The consultant will review the existing application, guide development, manage technical execution, review developers' work, and ensure the app is stable, secure, and production-ready.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand the existing mobile application and codebase.
- Audit architecture, code quality, performance, security, and technical debt.
- Define technical requirements and development approach for new features.
- Develop and review features in React Native & Flutter
- Review developers' code and ensure implementation quality.
- Coordinate with developers and external vendors.
- Debug and resolve application and production issues.
- Manage API and third-party integrations.
- Oversee Android and iOS builds and releases.
- Manage Git/GitHub and development workflows.
- Review application performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical recommendations and maintain necessary documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong React Native & Flutter experience.
- Strong JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge.
- Experience with production iOS and Android applications.
- REST APIs and backend integration.
- Git/GitHub.
- Firebase.
- App Store and Google Play deployment.
- Solid understanding of mobile application architecture.
- Ability to independently understand and work with an existing codebase.

- Mobile application security and performance optimization
Ideal CandidateSomeone who can own the technical side of the application, not just execute assigned development tasks. Experience in taking over existing applications/codebases, managing developers, conducting code reviews, and working with external vendors is highly preferred.
