Position: MIS Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Aligned with Australian Time Zones)

Job Summary:

Santecare Fast Pvt Ltd (Care Fast), an Australian company, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is a plus. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate MIS reports, conducting data analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

 MIS Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business metrics, performance, and operational data.

 Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize Pivot Tables, Macros, and other advanced Excel functions to efficiently analyze and present data.

 Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.

 Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to provide clear and insightful data visualizations.

 Data Integrity & Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems.

 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand reporting requirements and tailor reports to meet business needs.

 Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by senior management and stakeholders.

 Process Improvement:



Identify and recommend improvements to data management processes and reporting structures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

 Proficiency in Excel: Strong expertise in Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced formulas

 Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

 Analytical Skills: Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and interpret data patterns.

 Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting data insights and collaborating with teams.

 Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position aligned with Australian time zones:

 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (October – March)

 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (April – September)

 Saturday Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
