Support the Solar O&M; team by preparing Daily Generation Reports (DGRs), MIS reports, SCADA-based performance monitoring, client documentation, and operational data analysis.

Responsibilities
- Monitor string-level performance through SCADA and identify generation abnormalities
- Prepare and validate Daily Generation Reports (DGRs)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards
- Maintain plant-wise performance records, trackers, and historical data
- Validate SCADA data against generation records and highlight discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain client reports and O&M; documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers and the Technical Analyst for data collection and issue resolution
- Support internal teams with client deliverables and operational reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and report repositories
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers,
and templates
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of solar power plant operations
- Basic knowledge of SCADA is an advantage
Skills
- MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and basic formulas
- Solid analytical and data validation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines
- Good coordination and organizational skills
