We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our production and operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and documentation skills and the ability to manage data efficiently to generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare all required reports and maintain them in digital format.
- Maintain daily production reports and update relevant stakeholders.
- Generate and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from production, quality control, warehouse, and other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth data flow and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all internal systems and documentation.
- Prepare and submit timely performance and status reports.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.




- Convert forecasts into monthly production plans and break them down into weekly and daily targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS, reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with production planning and reporting processes.
- Solid documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple reporting tasks.
- Familiarity with ERP software will be an added advantage.
