Role Description The MIS Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Management Information Systems and reporting structures. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and sales data, preparing regular MIS reports and dashboards, and sharing insights with management to support planning and performance tracking. The role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure timely data entry, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining data accuracy in relevant software and tools.

The MIS Executive will also support process improvements, assist in developing standard reporting formats,



and help implement best practices for data management and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including familiarity with common MIS tools and databases.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including creating dashboards, periodic reports, and performance summaries for management.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data findings.
- Candidates should ideally have proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet or reporting software; knowledge of basic data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in an MIS or data-centric role will be beneficial.
