MIS Executive

Location: Rohini, Sector 10, Delhi

Job Overview

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage sales data, dashboards, reporting, and automation. The role will support business operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable information for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain attendance and productivity records of sales employees.
- Track daily sales team activities, productivity, and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare and analyze sales data for management review.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales automation and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Use advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and other reporting tools.
- Maintain accurate records with proper confidentiality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely data collection and reporting.
- Identify data gaps/errors and ensure timely correction.




- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in MIS reporting, sales dashboards, and data management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ownership.
- Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Preferred
- Experience with Sales Automation / CRM / ERP / Bizom or similar sales platforms.
- Experience in preparing management dashboards and KPI reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
