Job Summary The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing marketing-related data and reports. The role involves generating periodic MIS reports, tracking marketing activities, monitoring business performance metrics, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing MIS reports.

- Maintain and update customer, product, sales, and market data in ERP/CRM systems.

- Generate reports on product performance, market trends, business development activities, and customer engagement.

- Track marketing campaign effectiveness and provide analytical reports.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports.

- Create dashboards, presentations, and graphical representations of marketing data.

- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for data collection and reporting.

- Perform data validation,



cleansing, and reconciliation activities.

- Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.

- Maintain historical records and databases for future reference.

- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.

- MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Required Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query).

- Power BI / Tableau knowledge preferred.

- Solid data analysis and reporting skills.

- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
