Position: MIS Executive – E-commerce

Job Summary:

We are looking for an MIS Executive with e-commerce experience who will be responsible for preparing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, operational trackers and management reports. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, good attention to detail and experience handling e-commerce-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage sales, order, inventory, returns, dispatch and operational trackers.
- Consolidate data from different sources and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Prepare regular performance and business reports for management.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Operations, Sales, Warehouse and Finance teams for data collection.
- Track pending orders, cancellations, returns and other operational data.
- Maintain SKU-wise, category-wise and business-wise reports.




- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with respective teams for corrections.
- Maintain and update various Excel trackers and dashboards.
- Ensure timely submission of MIS and reports to management.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF, filters, sorting, etc.
- Prior experience in E-commerce MIS / Operations MIS.
- Solid data management and reporting skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.

Note: This is a pure MIS and reporting role, with preference for candidates having hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
