: MIS Coordinator (Telecom Industry)

Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical MIS Coordinator to join our telecommunications team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analysing, and synthesizing large volumes of telecom data—including network performance, sales figures, customer acquisition costs, billing cycles, and operational KPIs. You will act as a bridge between technical network teams and senior management, translating complex operational data into actionable business intelligence reports and dashboards to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Management & Governance: Collect, clean, and validate daily operational and financial datasets from multiple telecom software systems, CRMs, and billing platforms to ensure absolute data integrity.
- Report Generation: Develop, automate, and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (e.g. Churn rates, network uptime, field engineer / Employees productivity).
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive visual dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Care, Network Engineering, and Finance departments to track cross-functional KPIs and identify process bottlenecks.
- Trend Analysis:



Identify and interpret data trends or patterns in subscriber behaviour, network traffic spikes, and regional sales drops to provide proactive solutions.
- System Maintenance & Support: Work with the IT and database teams to optimize data storage, maintain security regulations, and troubleshoot reporting system errors.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond rapidly to custom information requests from senior executive leadership for strategic business planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Any Graduation degree , Knowledge in Statistics, Commerce, or Business Administration.

Experience

0 to 5+ years of experience as an MIS executive or data coordinator, preferably within telecom or enterprise business setups.

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Freshers will be trained under experienced Management

Industry Knowledge Familiarity with telecom concepts (e.g., subscriber management, SLA tracking, telecom billing cycles).

Soft Skills

Solid analytical problem-solving, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent oral/written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
