We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Millwork Operations to oversee end-to-end execution of millwork projects for North American clients. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical expertise in millwork design with project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless coordination between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage complete lifecycle of millwork projects from design to delivery.
· Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, drafters, and engineers.
· Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
· Review and oversee development of detailed custom millwork shop drawings.
· Ensure compliance with AWI / AWMAC / NKBA standards.
· Act as primary point of contact for US/Canada clients via calls and emails.
· Allocate resources effectively and manage project priorities.
· Review and approve deliverables before client submission.
· Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
· Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
· Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
· 6–10 years of experience in millwork design and project execution.
· 3–5 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microvellum, or Revit.
· Strong understanding of shop drawings and construction documentation.
