Job Brief

We are seeking hands-on AI Engineers with 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, computer vision and robotics. The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating and deploying production-grade AI solutions for industrial automation and autonomous systems. Candidates should independently own technical modules and work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, train, optimize and deploy AI/ML models for industrial automation, vision and robotics applications.
- Build real-time perception solutions for detection, tracking, segmentation and multimodal analysis.
- Integrate AI models with robots, sensors, cameras and industrial automation systems.
- Develop perception-decision-planning-control components and optimize inference for edge and real-time use.
- Collaborate with robotics, embedded, hardware, software and platform teams.
- Own technical modules, simulation-based validation, troubleshooting and delivery milestones.

Mandatory Skills

- Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and deep learning
- Computer vision, OpenCV and real-time object detection
- Model training, optimization and deployment

Required Technical Skill Set

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Hands-on experience with deep learning, CNNs, Transformers, Vision Transformers, multimodal learning and foundation models.
- Model training, fine-tuning, evaluation and production inference using Python and

PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems and self-supervised learning.





Computer Vision & Perception
- Hands-on experience with detection, classification, segmentation, tracking, depth estimation and image/video analytics.
- Experience with YOLO, OpenCV, Faster R-CNN, SSD, Vision Transformers and multi-camera vision.
- Knowledge of calibration, 3D perception, SLAM, multi-view geometry and sensor fusion.

Robotics & Autonomous Systems
- Experience integrating perception and AI with industrial robots, autonomous mobile robots or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of ROS/ROS2, kinematics, localization, state estimation, motion planning and control.
- Understanding of sensors, hardware-software integration and real-time robotic applications.

AI Infrastructure, Data & Simulation
- Experience with data preparation, ML pipelines, model deployment and inference optimization.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/GCP, MLOps, CI/CD and monitoring.
- Experience with simulation, synthetic data, automated testing and performance validation.

Engineering Delivery & Technical Collaboration
- Ability to deliver assigned AI/ML modules from proof of concept through production.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, technical estimation, code review, debugging and documentation.
- Effective collaboration across AI, robotics, embedded, full-stack and DevOps teams.

Physical AI & Embodied Intelligence
- Experience with perception, decision-making, planning and control in robotic or autonomous systems.
- Understanding of sim-to-real transfer, domain randomization, real-time inference and safety-

aware architectures.

Full Stack Development

- Valuable to have experience in React/Angular, Python/Node.js/Java, REST APIs, microservices and

SQL/NoSQL databases.

Required Qualifications• B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electronics,

Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
