About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions, AI agents, and automation workflows.

You will leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio, the Power Platform, and Azure AI services to build intelligent multi-turn chatbot experiences and automated enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Agent & Chatbot Development :

- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI agents and conversational chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Structure multi-turn dialogue flows, topics, intents, and triggers to deliver natural, effective conversational experiences.
- Implement prompt engineering and precise instruction design to ensure accurate, context-aware AI agent responses.
- Create reusable components, design templates, and skills to streamline delivery across projects.

Integration & Automation :

- Integrate conversational agents with backend systems, APIs, and custom connectors using Power Automate.




- Build supporting applications and data models using Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Incorporate knowledge grounding and RAG-based architectures for rich data retrieval.

Key Requirements :

Experience :

- 4 - 10 years of overall experience in software development and conversational AI.

Notice Period :

- Immediate to 30 days max.

Core Expertise :

- Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).

Technical Proficiency :

- Solid mastery of Conversational AI concepts, prompt engineering, and agent instruction design.
- Hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Demonstrated ability in API integrations and developing custom connectors.
- Exposure to Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI and RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge grounding techniques.
