Role Description The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves designing, developing, and customizing Business Central modules to support core business processes such as production, inventory, sales, procurement, and finance. The developer will translate functional requirements into technical solutions, create and maintain extensions, integrations, and reports, and ensure system performance and reliability.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand process needs, optimizing workflows within the ERP, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements aligned with best practices.



The role also includes documenting configurations and customizations, supporting end users, and working with consulting partners when needed to maintain a robust and scalable ERP setting.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing Business Process workflows, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance environments.
- Background in Consulting or internal business partnership, gathering requirements and translating them into practical ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and design within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including extensions, integrations, and customizations.
- Understanding of Cloud Computing and SaaS ERP deployments, preferably with Microsoft Azure and related services.
- Hands-on experience with AL development, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration frameworks for connecting Business Central with other business applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code within agreed timelines.
