About the Role

We are looking for 3 strong Microsoft Engineers with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, migration, setup, endpoint/desktop management, and Microsoft technologies .

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, supporting migration projects, configuring and maintaining user devices, and troubleshooting Microsoft-based infrastructure and workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments , including user and tenant administration.
- Perform and support Microsoft 365 migrations , setup, configuration, and related implementation activities.
- Manage desktop and endpoint environments , including configuration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, licenses, policies, and security configurations.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and device policies where applicable.
- Support Windows desktop/laptop deployment, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and device management.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, migrations, incidents, and technical procedures.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure Microsoft environments are maintained according to operational and security requirements.





Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft technologies / IT infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support .
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects .
- Solid experience in desktop / endpoint management .
- Experience with Windows administration and troubleshooting .
- Good understanding of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager .
- Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID .
- Good knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams .
- Experience with user, device, license, policy, and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant or hybrid migration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy .
- Experience with endpoint security and device compliance.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104 , or relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Experience working on enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

What We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for strong hands-on Microsoft Engineers , rather than candidates with only general IT support experience.
