Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / related field

We are looking for an experienced Microbiologist/Sr. Microbiologist with 4–8 years of expertise in food and water testing. The role involves microbiological analysis of samples, ensuring compliance with NABL/ISO standards, and maintaining high-quality laboratory practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of food, water, and environmental samples.
- Identify and quantify microorganisms (pathogens, indicator organisms, spoilage microbes).
- Maintain and calibrate microbiology instruments.
- Prepare reports and maintain records as per NABL/ISO 17025 standards.
- Support audits, validations, and proficiency testing.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in food & water testing.
- Knowledge of FSSAI, BIS, ISO, NABL guidelines.
- Strong skills in microbiological techniques and documentation.
- Experience in NABL-accredited labs preferred.
