Role & responsibilities

Media Preparation, Consumption and Reconciliation and Sterilization

Environmental monitoring of sterile area as well as nonsterile area through sele plate, air Sampler,

contact plate and swab method.

Personnel monitoring (gowning procedure as well in asepc producon area) through nger dab and contact plate method.

Environmental monitoring of agile & stacs passbox

RM Sampling in Aseptic Condition.

Water sampling of Raw, RO, Purified, WFI wate and PSG Analysis

Microbial Limit Test of Raw Material and Finished products.

Growth Promotion Test (GPT).

Sterility Testing (RM & Finished Product).

Participation in Media Fill, and CV, Product Validation (PV).
