We are looking for an experienced MGN Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in migration, cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting, automation, and system administration.

? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and support end-to-end server and workload migration activities.
- Perform discovery, assessment, replication, testing, cutover, and post-migration validation.
- Configure and manage migration environments and troubleshoot replication or connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, networking, security, and cloud teams during migrations.
- Perform pre-migration readiness checks and validate source and target environments.
- Support large-scale migration activities while minimizing business downtime.
- Monitor migration progress, identify failures or bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
- Create and maintain migration documentation, runbooks, checklists,



and operational procedures.
- Automate repetitive migration and operational tasks wherever possible.
- Provide production support and participate in root cause analysis for migration-related issues.

? Required Skills
- 6–12 years of experience in Cloud / Infrastructure / Migration Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with MGN and workload/server migration activities.
- Good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
- Solid understanding of networking, DNS, TCP/IP, firewall, routing, and connectivity.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and migration methodologies.
- Good understanding of storage, compute, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery concepts.
- Experience in scripting/automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies is desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex migration, replication, server, and network-related issues.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
