Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, Zirakpur, is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a strong focus on e-commerce growth, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for e-commerce.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and scale performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive conversions, revenue, and improve ROAS.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting, and audience segmentation campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies.
- Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Test and optimize different creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.




- Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with management.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads features, trends, policies, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Solid experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
- Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion tracking.
- Proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and managing ad budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work with data and make performance-based decisions.
