Meta Ads Specialist

About us Light Speed Web is a digital marketing agency with 30+ team members and 100+ active clients, mainly in dental, healthcare, optometry, mortgage, and legal across Ontario and beyond. We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns that generate real leads, while keeping our clients' ad accounts and Business Portfolios secure.

What you'll do

- Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns across a portfolio of local service clients
- Develop audience, creative, and offer strategy, including lead gen forms, landing page traffic, and retargeting
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding to hit CPL and ROAS targets
- Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking
- Write explicit monthly reports and present results to clients
- Set up and manage Meta Business Portfolios (formerly Business Manager) for clients, including ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels/datasets, and asset permissions
- Manage access using the principle of least privilege: assign the right roles to the right people, use partner access instead of personal sharing, and audit users regularly
- Enforce security controls, including two-factor authentication for all users, business verification, and secure admin structures with backup admins
- Protect account continuity by avoiding single points of failure, such as a single personal profile holding admin control
- Monitor for account risk, including policy warnings, ad rejections, payment issues, and suspicious activity
- Handle restrictions, disabled accounts,



and appeals, including working with Meta Support and documenting incidents
- Keep client ad accounts compliant with Meta's advertising policies, especially for regulated verticals like healthcare and legal
- Maintain documentation of account ownership, access, and recovery procedures for each client
- Work with designers, copywriters, and account managers on creative

What we're looking for

- 2+ years managing Meta Ads for agency or multi-client accounts
- Hands-on experience administering Meta Business Portfolios/Business Manager at scale, including asset structure, partner access, and role permissions
- Working knowledge of Meta account security best practices: 2FA, business verification, admin hygiene, and access audits
- Experience resolving account restrictions, ad account disabling, and appeals
- Proven results in lead generation, ideally for local or service businesses
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel/CAPI, and attribution
- Understanding of Meta's policies for health, medical, and financial ads
- Comfort with GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM/lead tracking
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Meta Blueprint certification is an asset

Nice to have

- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with healthcare or professional services marketing
- Experience migrating client assets between Business Portfolios

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
