Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns for agencies, coaches or consultants. You will own the full campaign lifecycle across multiple client accounts. That includes ad concepts and scripts, creative production, launch, optimisation and reporting. This role suits someone who understands VSL funnels, thinks in terms of cost per qualified call, and wants to see their work tied directly to client revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, build and launch lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for multiple clients at once
- Develop ad concepts and write high-converting ad scripts and copy, based on each client's offer, audience and funnel
- Produce and brief ad creatives, including static, video and UGC-style formats, and keep a steady pipeline of new creative tests
- Set up and manage campaigns that drive traffic into VSL funnels, making sure tracking, pixels and conversion events are configured correctly
- Monitor and review campaign performance daily, and optimise budgets, audiences and creatives against CPL, cost per booked call and ROAS targets




- Run structured creative and audience tests, and document what works so it can be reused across accounts
- Analyse the funnel end to end, from ad through VSL to booked call, and recommend improvements beyond the ads themselves
- Prepare clear weekly performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage several client accounts at the same time while keeping quality and turnaround high

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on media buying experience, with a focus on lead generation campaigns
- Proven experience running ads for agencies, coaches, consultants or other service-based businesses
- Practical experience with VSL funnels and application or call-booking funnels
- A demonstrated ability to write ad scripts and come up with ad concepts that convert
- Working ability to create or edit ad creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar
- Robust command of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, pixel and conversion tracking, and scaling strategies
- An analytical mindset, with comfort reading data and making decisions from it
- Excellent written English
