Role Overview

We are looking for a Meta Ads / Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

The role will focus on driving quality leads, applications, and loan disbursals while maintaining productive acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with ownership of daily budgets and performance.

Scale campaigns while maintaining CAC, conversion rates, and lead quality.

Develop and test audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, placements, and campaign structures.

Lead continuous creative testing across static, video, Reels, hooks, offers, CTAs, and messaging.

Analyse the complete funnel from Lead → Application → Approval → Disbursal and identify conversion opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data.

Work with the creative and technology teams on creative development, tracking, Pixel, SDK, CAPI, and attribution.





Use Apps Flyer/other attribution platforms to evaluate campaign performance.

Monitor competitor advertising, market trends, and new Meta growth opportunities. Ensure campaigns follow applicable fintech and platform advertising guidelines.

Candidate Profile 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.

Experience managing high-spend performance campaigns.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign scaling, and creative testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with funnel optimization and attribution.

Fintech / Digital Lending / BFSI experience preferred.

Experience with personal loans or fintech acquisition will be an added advantage.
