Role Description This is a full time, on-site Meta Ads Manager role based in Surat.

The Meta Ads

Manager will plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to support clients’ growth and branding objectives. Daily responsibilities include setting up ad campaigns, conducting audience and keyword research, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing budgets and creatives, and preparing reports with clear insights and recommendations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to understand business goals, align marketing strategies, and ensure timely delivery of projects.





The Meta Ads

Manager is expected to stay updated on platform changes, advertising policies, and best practices to maintain effective and compliant campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear reporting, client interaction, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Sales and Marketing skills to understand funnels, customer journeys, and result-driven campaign strategies.
- Advertising skills with hands-on experience in Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), targeting, creatives, and A/B testing.
- Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and maintain organized workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics and dashboards (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) for data interpretation and optimization.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and adapt to a dynamic, performance-focused environment.
- Prior experience in paid social media campaigns or digital marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
