Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and back-end logic using Node.js and Express.js
- Design and manage MongoDB databases and schemas
- Integrate front-end components with server-side logic
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the stack
- Collaborate with other developers to deliver features
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
- Stay updated with new tools, libraries, and MERN ecosystem trends

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Understanding of REST APIs and how front-end/back-end communicate




- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication and ability to work in a team

Qualifications & Experience For Freshers:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical knowledge)
- Must have built at least 1–2 personal or academic projects using the MERN stack (portfolio/GitHub link required)
- Relevant certifications or bootcamp training is a plus

For Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack in a professional environment
- Experience deploying applications (e.g., on AWS, Vercel, Render, or similar) is a plus
- Experience working with third-party APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and payment gateways is a plus
