Namma Spirits Private Limited is a growing beverage company focused on building strong brands and expanding its presence across multiple markets in India.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Merchandising Intern who is interested in gaining practical exposure to retail merchandising, brand visibility, market activations, and trade marketing activities.

About the Role

This internship will provide hands-on experience in retail merchandising, outlet visits, promotional activities, point-of-sale branding, market research, and brand visibility initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, willing to travel locally, and interested in understanding how beverage brands are promoted and positioned in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with planning and executing merchandising activities across retail outlets, bars, restaurants, and other partner locations.
- Support the team in ensuring proper product placement and brand visibility.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of promotional materials, branding assets, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Conduct market visits to monitor product displays, branding standards, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, vendors, retail partners, and internal teams for merchandising requirements.
- Collect market feedback and prepare reports on visibility, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Assist in inventory tracking and distribution of promotional and branding materials.
- Support brand activations, promotional events, and trade marketing initiatives.




- Take photographs and maintain records of merchandising activities and outlet branding.
- Assist with maintaining merchandising trackers and reports.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day merchandising and field activities.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Retail, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel locally for outlet visits and field activities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and retail partners.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in retail merchandising, brand visibility, trade marketing, and field operations.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, marketing, events, or promotions is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location & Accommodation Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Willing to relocate to Goa)

Candidates should be willing to relocate to Goa for the internship.

Accommodation will be provided by the company for eligible interns.

Candidates should also be comfortable with local travel and market visits as part of the role.
