Role Description This is a full time, on-site Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser role based in Peddemul. The role involves planning and organizing product displays, ensuring proper stock levels, and maintaining visual merchandising standards across retail outlets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and store teams, tracking product performance, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility. The Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser will monitor inventory, prepare basic reports, and communicate feedback from customers and store staff to management.



The role also requires building strong relationships with retail partners and ensuring that products are presented in line with Meghna Group’s guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, store staff, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to manage store visits, handle customer queries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns, drive product visibility, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising principles, inventory tracking, and product display techniques.
- Ability to work on-site in Peddemul, travel between retail locations as needed, and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail, numerical aptitude for simple reporting, and proficiency with common office software tools.
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or merchandising roles is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
