Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising for Bubbles&skins.; The Meta ads specialist will plan, create, and launch campaigns that promote the brand’s skincare products, aligning messaging with the company’s natural and clean positioning. Daily tasks include setting up ad campaigns and ad sets, creating and testing ad creatives and copy, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.

The role will also involve audience research, retargeting strategies, A/B testing,



and close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all Meta platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Experience in digital marketing and paid social, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies.
- Ability to analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Competence in ad copywriting and creative collaboration to develop compelling visuals and messages that fit brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies for consumer products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience with skincare, beauty, or wellness brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
