Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MEP Quantity Surveyor based in Chennai and Hyderabad.

- Prepare and review MEP budgets, BOQs,



and rate analyses for interior works.
- Carry out rate analysis for NT items and support vendor negotiations with the Client Team.
- Review and certify MEP contractor bills, verifying quantities, rates, and BOQ provisions.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and monitoring of project expenditure.
- Review variations and additional works, including quantity assessment and rate justification.
- Support final bill certification and closure, including reconciliation of quantities and costs.
- Maintain records of BOQs, rate analyses, bill certifications, and commercial documents.
- Maintain the CAF Tracker for tender closure and bill certification activities.
- Prepare monthly reports covering bill certification, rate analysis, budget status, and cost savings with supporting documents.
