Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- With at least 4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Experience in any of the following project types:

- Data Centers

- Airport Terminals

- Hospitals

- Manufacturing Plants

- Casinos

- Hotels
- Hands-on experience in planning and scheduling for MEP Works

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain project schedules and work programs
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of activities
- Generate progress reports, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Support project controls, resource planning, and project monitoring activities

Software Requirements:

- Primavera P6 (must have)
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel
- AutoCAD (preferred)

Other Requirements:

- Willing to be assigned on project sites
- Must provide a portfolio/list of completed projects, indicating project type, scope, role, and involvement
