1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible MEP Technician to maintain and repair the hotel's electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems. The candidate should ensure the smooth operation of all engineering equipment and maintain safety standards throughout the hotel.
1. Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform regular maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, wiring, lighting and power systems.
- Attend maintenance complaints from guest rooms and hotel departments promptly.
- Maintain and repair water supply, drainage and plumbing systems.
- Assist in the maintenance of air conditioning systems and ventilation equipment.
- Monitor pumps, motors, generators and other engineering equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Identify and report technical faults to the Engineering Supervisor.
- Maintain maintenance records and equipment service reports.




- Follow hotel safety procedures and use tools and equipment properly.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed within the required time.
- Support the engineering team during emergency maintenance situations.

1. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency maintenance calls.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

1. Educational Qualification

- ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering is an added advantage.
- Relevant hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
