We are urgently hiring an experienced MEP Engineer with strong plumbing experience for a project in Abu Dhabi. The employment visa is ready, and the selected candidate must be available for immediate mobilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise plumbing and MEP installation activities at the project site.
- Review MEP drawings, plumbing layouts, specifications and method statements.
- Supervise water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater and firefighting piping works.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, electrical and other project teams.
- Ensure installation work complies with approved drawings, project specifications and relevant standards.
- Conduct inspections, prepare progress reports and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor material requirements, manpower deployment and daily site progress.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag clearance and final handover.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP experience, with strong experience in plumbing works.
- GCC construction project experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of plumbing systems, drainage systems, firefighting systems and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Solid site supervision, coordination and reporting skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must currently be available in India.
- Must be ready for immediate departure to Abu Dhabi.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Candidates with an immediate or short notice period will be preferred.
