We are looking for experienced MEP Draughtsmen for our Bangalore team. We have separate requirements for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.

Candidates are not required to have experience in all three disciplines. Candidates with strong expertise in any one of the three disciplines can be considered for the respective position.

1. Mechanical Draughtsman – HVAC

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed HVAC drawings and layouts based on design inputs and engineering requirements.
- Develop HVAC ducting and piping layouts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare equipment layouts, sections, details, and schematic drawings.
- Prepare HVAC drawings for Design Development, Tender, and GFC stages.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural and structural drawings.
- Incorporate design revisions and comments accurately.
- Prepare detailed drawings for ducting, chilled water piping, equipment connections, and related HVAC systems.
- Assist engineers in preparing coordinated MEP drawings.
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of HVAC drafting and building-services drawings.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC design drawings and engineering markups.
- Experience in coordinating HVAC services with architectural and structural elements.
- Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.

2. Electrical Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed electrical layouts and drawings based on engineering designs.
- Develop lighting, power, and electrical equipment layouts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and electrical schematic drawings.
- Prepare cable tray and containment layouts.
- Prepare electrical room, substation, and equipment layouts.
- Prepare sections, details, and typical electrical drawings.
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, structural,



and other MEP services.
- Incorporate design revisions and client comments.
- Prepare drawings for Tender, Design Development, and GFC stages.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, revisions, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of electrical building-services drawings.
- Experience in preparing lighting, power, cable tray, and SLD drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings.
- Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.

3. Plumbing / PHE Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Plumbing/PHE drawings and layouts based on engineering designs.
- Develop water supply, drainage, and sanitary layouts using AutoCAD.
- Prepare soil, waste, vent, and rainwater drainage layouts.
- Prepare domestic water supply and drainage riser diagrams.
- Prepare plumbing sections, details, and schematic drawings.
- Prepare fire-fighting piping layouts where applicable.
- Coordinate plumbing/PHE services with architectural, structural, and other MEP services.
- Incorporate design revisions and engineering comments.
- Prepare drawings for Tender, Design Development, and GFC stages.
- Maintain drawing standards, revisions, and project documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of Plumbing/PHE drafting and building-services drawings.
- Experience in water supply, drainage, and sanitary layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret plumbing/PHE engineering drawings.
- Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage.

Common Requirements

- Experience: 6–8 years of relevant drafting experience.
- Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.
- Ability to work with design engineers and coordinate drawing requirements.
- Experience in an MEP design consulting environment will be preferred.

Candidates should have strong expertise in one specific discipline: Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing/PHE.
