KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. MEP Design Coordination:

- Assist in the review and coordination of MEP designs with architectural and interior design teams to ensure proper integration with overall project plans.

- Work with MEP consultants and engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure that designs meet both client needs and building code requirements.

Project

Scheduling &

- Planning:

- Support the Project Manager in developing and managing project schedules, with a focus on MEP systems.

- Ensure MEP milestones are achieved according to the project timeline.

- Plan the sequencing of MEP installations in coordination with the overall project plan to avoid clashes or delays.

3. Site Supervision &

- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor MEP installations, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.

- Inspect work for adherence to safety codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Address any MEP-related site issues, and work with contractors to resolve them in a timely manner.

Monitoring &

- Cost Control:

- Assist the Project Manager in managing the MEP budget, ensuring cost control and minimizing overruns.

- Track and review MEP-related expenses and review and validate invoices for approval for MEP contractors and suppliers.

- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

5. Vendor &

- Contractor Coordination:

- Coordinate with MEP contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

- Ensure that contractors comply with project specifications, timelines,



and quality requirements.

- Manage and monitor contractor performance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

6. Compliance &

- Documentation:

- Ensure MEP work complies with all relevant codes, permits, and regulations, including local building codes and safety standards.

- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for MEP systems, including drawings, change orders, and testing reports.

- Assist in preparing reports on MEP progress and any potential risks for the Project Manager.

7. Client &

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the main point of contact for MEP-related questions from the client and internal teams.

- Provide regular updates on MEP system progress and address any concerns related to system functionality, costs, or timelines.

8. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks related to MEP installations and create contingency plans to mitigate them.

- Ensure any design or field changes are addressed quickly and effectively

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
