nRole Overview:

nWe are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Adolescent Suicide & Self-Harm Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves providing specialized support to adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors, including crisis intervention and long-term care coordination. The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Conduct risk assessments for adolescents presenting with suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors.

n• Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.

n• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress.

n• Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals.

n• Document all interactions and maintain compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

n• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work,



or related field required.

n• Licensed or license-eligible in clinical mental health counseling or social work.

n• Experience working with adolescents in crisis or behavioral health settings.

n• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for self-harm and suicide prevention.

n• Robust interpersonal and communication skills for working with adolescents and families.
