We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with good English communication skills who are looking to start or build their career in the international BPO/customer service industry.

You will interact with international customers, understand their concerns, provide accurate solutions, and deliver a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Provide accurate information while following process guidelines.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.




- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Follow company policies and process requirements.
