Data Scientist - 6+ Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 6+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modelling, data analysis, and AI solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, machine learning algorithms, NLP, and model development/deployment.

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or cloud AI platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models for business problems.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Apply supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
- Build, evaluate, optimize, and monitor ML models.
- Work with NLP, recommendation systems, and/or computer vision use cases.
- Develop Generative AI/LLM solutions, including RAG and prompt engineering.
- Perform model evaluation, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
- Work with large datasets using Python and SQL.
- Develop data pipelines and integrate ML models with production applications.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders.




- Deploy AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and ML frameworks.
- Solid understanding of statistics and probability.
- Experience with regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble techniques.
- Experience in feature engineering and model evaluation.
- Experience with NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision.
- Knowledge of ML lifecycle and model deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms and production ML systems.

Good to Have :

- Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI.
- Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Vertex AI / Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock.
- TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD.

Education:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
