Medical Transcriptionist / Typist – Karauli Diagnostics

Key Responsibilities:

- Type and prepare medical reports, diagnostic reports, and other documents accurately.
- Transcribe reports dictated by radiologists, doctors, and medical professionals.
- Ensure correct spelling and formatting of medical terms, patient details, and findings.
- Carefully check reports for typing errors, missing information, and formatting mistakes.
- Maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of reports.
- Ensure patient names, age, gender, UHID, test details, and other information are entered correctly.
- Maintain proper confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Coordinate with radiologists, doctors, technicians, and reporting teams for corrections or clarifications.
- Complete reports within the required turnaround time (TAT).
- Follow the standard report formats and templates used by Karauli Diagnostics.
- Maintain proper records of completed, pending, and corrected reports.
- Handle corrections and modifications in reports as instructed by authorized medical professionals.
- Ensure reports are properly formatted before printing, sharing, or dispatching.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records as required.
- Use MS Word,



typing software, LIS/RIS, and other relevant systems efficiently.
- Follow all Karauli Diagnostics' SOPs, quality standards, and data-security policies.
- Immediately report any discrepancy or technical issue to the concerned team.
- Maintain a qualified and cooperative relationship with doctors and other departments.
- Support the reporting team during high-volume periods when required.

Preferred Candidate:

- Experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Pathology, or Radiology preferred.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic reports.
- Excellent English typing speed and accuracy.
- Good command of MS Word and basic computer applications.
- Experience with LIS/RIS/Hospital Management Software will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time-bound reporting requirements.
- Responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹11,063.50 - ₹33,394.73 per month
