- Typing Speed and Accuracy: Ability to type between 50 and 80 words per minute cleanly without errors.
- Active Listening: Skill in understanding rapid dictation, distinct accents, and muffled audio.
- Grammar and Writing: Strong command of English spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Attention to Detail: Capacity to spot errors, missing details, or data inconsistencies in reports.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfort with word processors, speech recognition software, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
