Purpose of the Role The Social Worker will be responsible for community mobilization, awareness creation, beneficiary engagement, and field-level coordination under the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) healthcare project. The role focuses on building trust with the community, facilitating participation in health activities, and supporting the delivery of healthcare services at the grassroots level.

Key Accountabilities

- Mobilize community members for MMU visits, health camps, screenings, and outreach activities.
- Conduct awareness sessions on healthcare, preventive practices, and available MMU services.
- Coordinate with village leaders, community representatives, ASHA workers, ANMs, and local authorities.
- Support the Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician, Pharmacist, and MMU team during project implementation.
- Assist in maintaining beneficiary records, outreach logs, patient registers, and field reports.




- Help in identifying target groups and ensuring community participation.
- Support follow-up, referral coordination, and field communication.
- Contribute to data collection and community-based documentation.
- Encourage positive engagement between the MMU team and the community.
- Assist in resolving basic community-level issues related to project implementation.

Experience
- Experience in community outreach, field mobilization, NGO work, or health-related programs preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to travel may also be considered.

- Good communication in local language and basic English/Hindi
- Ability to work in rural and field settings
- Record-keeping and reporting skills
- Sensitivity, patience, and problem-solving ability
- Team coordination and field support skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
