Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the medical services department.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and make recommendations for new hires.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all stages of recruitment.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, offers extended.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in HR operations or related field (medical services industry preferred).

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS) from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of healthcare services/hospital administration/human resource management principles.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) with ability to learn recent software quickly.
