Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products and medical solutions to doctors, hospitals, and clinics, while building and maintaining strong qualified relationships. Daily responsibilities include meeting healthcare professionals, presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and providing timely responses to inquiries.

The Medical Sales

Representative will monitor market trends, gather competitor insights,



and support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve territory targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and ensuring high standards of customer service and ethical compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to explain products clearly and support client needs.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and safety.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
